The Whitehead Law Office began in an upstairs bedroom of a home, with the goal and intent to keep the firm small. By remaining small, overhead is low, which savings can be passed through to the client in the form of lower fees, without sacrificing the experience and knowledge required in sometimes complex litigation matters.

Ronald Whitehead
Beginning his carrier as a Claims Representative for a major insurance company, Ron attended night school while raising his family of 4 boys. Upon graduation from Law School, he began working as an insurance defense attorney, handling complex litigation in both construction defect and on-site injury matters. In 2012, Ron left the complex litigation arena and began working as corporate counsel for two construction consulting corporations. Over these 20+ years of experience, he has tried over 50 cases in trial and arbitration, attended over 200 depositions, and participated in over 100 mediations. In order to provide better quality representation to his clients, Ron decided to open his own law firm.
